Approve / Reject a Feed

An approved feed will be added to an Approved menu

  1. Curator creates a feed and sends to an approver
  2. Notification email will be sent to an approver
  3. Open the email, click on "See feed" button -> User is redirected to Curator, feed detail is opened
  4. Click Approve button

Curator can approve a feed from XPO Curator

An approved feed will be added to an Approved menu


  1. Go to "For Your Approval" menu
  2. Click on Approve button in the Actions column

Curator can reject a feed from notification email

 

Rejected feeds will be added to a Rejected menu

  1. Curator creates a feed and sends to an approver
  2. Notification email will be sent to an approver
  3. Open the email, click on "See feed" button -> User is redirected to Curator, feed detail is opened
  4. Click Reject button

Curator can reject a feed from XPO Curator

Rejected feeds will be added to the Rejected menu

  1. Go to "For Your Approval" menu
  2. Click on Reject button in Actions column

 

Add UTM Tags or Third-party Click Tracker

  1. Go to Approve menu
  2. Click View Feed button in Actions column
  3. Click "Edit 3rd Party Tracking" button
  4. Select campaign, click Next button
  5. Select campaign item (one or all), click Next button
  6. Enter all fields of UTM tag
  7. Enter URL of the third party
  8. Click Next button
  9. Select "Apply to all"
  10. Click Save button
  11. Click No on the confirmation message

User configures UTM tag and 3rd party click tracker for individual article

 

  1. Go to Approve menu
  2. Click View Feed button in Actions column
  3. Click "Edit 3rd Party Tracking" button
  4. Select campaign, click Next button
  5. Select campaign item (one or all), click Next button
  6. Enter all fields of UTM tag
  7. Enter URL of the third party
  8. Click Next button
  9. Select "Customized for each"
  10. Click Edit button of the first article
  11. Enter UTM tag and third-party URL
  12. Click OK button
  13. Click Edit button of the second article
  14. Enter UTM tag and third-party URL
  15. Click OK button
  16. Click on the second toggle of the first article -> to apply between feed or individual article UTM tag
  17. Click on the third toggle of the first article -> to apply between feed or individual article click tracker
  18. Click Save button
  19. Click No on the confirmation message

User configures UTM tag and 3rd party click tracker of one feed for many campaigns

 

  1. Go to Approve menu
  2. Click View Feed button in Actions column
  3. Click "Edit 3rd Party Tracking" button
  4. Select campaign, click Next button
  5. Select campaign item (one or all), click Next button
  6. Enter all fields of UTM tag
  7. Enter URL of the third party
  8. Click Next button
  9. Select "Apply to all"
  10. Click Save button
  11. Click Yes on the confirmation message
  12. Select another campaign, click Next button
  13. Select campaign item, click Next button
  14. Configure UTM tag and the third party for the campaign item
  15. Click Next button
  16. Select "Apply to all"
  17. Click Save button
  18. Click No on the confirmation message

UTM tag and 3rd party click tracker of selected campaign item will be shown accordingly

  1. Go to Approve menu
  2. Click View Feed button in Actions column
  3. Check the option "View Third Party Tracking"
  4. Select campaign item in the Campaign list on the left
